Eine neues Tuning Messing-Chassis passend an GLR von GL-Racing.Ab dem 17.03.2021 liefern wir ein neues Tuning Messing-Chassis passend an GLR von GL-Racing, das Chassis ist einiges schmaler als das Original Chassis des GLR, bei einer Materialstärke von 1,2mm erhaltet Ihr 28,3g spezielles Messing, welches extrem schwer zu verformen ist.Produziert wird das Messing-Chassis auf einer modernen CNC Fräsmaschine welche ich mit Spezial Werkzeugen für die Zerspanung von Messing bestückt habe. Durch neue Werkzeuge kann ich eine extrem niedrige Maßtoleranz bei kleiner Serienproduktion sicherstellen.Das Design ist von Michael F., er hat das Chassis ausgiebig an seinem GLR getestet und konnte seine Rundenzeiten nochmals um einige 1/10 verbessern.
Ein neues GLR-Chassis aus Spezial-Messing 1.2mmDas Chassis ist im hinteren Breich etwas schmaler und leichter, somit wird etwas mehr Gewicht in den vorderen Bereich verschoben. Durch die Änderung am Chassis ist der GLR etwas gutmütiger zu fahren, die Lenkung nimmt etwas zu, was zu schnelleren Kurvengeschwindigkeiten führt. Das Heck wird deutlich schöner zu fahren, da die Masse des Chassis verschoben ist. Das Chassis wiegt genau 34.6g inkl. Die Version 2 der beliebten Front Achsen mit Innengewinde. Jetzt aus Titanium für mehr Haltbarkeit. Die V2 Achsen ermöglichen es, den vorderen Offset um 1mm Spurweite in Schritten von 0,5 mm durch die mitgelieferten M3x0,5 mm Axle Shims anzupassen. Die Achsen mit umgekehrtem Gewinde sind kompatibel mit dem Reflex Racing RX28 und auch GL Racing oder RTRC Fahrzeugen. Durch die Umkehrung des Gewindes und die Verwendung einer Schraube anstelle einer Mutter, ist es weniger wahrscheinlich, dass sich die Frontpartie Ihres Fahrzeugs in den RCP-Schienen verfängt, wenn Sie Räder mit geringerem Offset fahren. Fans also love the simplicity of this type of layout, easy to setup, easy to maintain.
As per our traditions, the GLR is competitive in basic kit form, with option parts to allow for further customization and setting changes.
Ultra low center of gravity, the GLR is even lower than the GLA, crucial on high grip surfaces. Wheelbase is 98mm and it fits all 98mm ASC bodies.

Newly designed pin for steering knuckle
The last version will be un-screwed from the steering knuckle when you would un-screw the lock nut for tire replacement. User needs to use glue to fix it in the steering knuckle.
This new version has resolved this problem. Once you screw it into the steering knuckle, it will not be un-screwed. No need to use glue to fix it at all.
GLR Metal Piston Rod For Side Dampers
1. The diameter of rod increased to 2.05mm from stock one’s 1.85mm. Less play between the rod and damper tube can improve the damping effect.
2. It is made by highly polished stainless steel to enhance the smoothness of damper and durability.
3. There are 2 pits on the rod to help holding damping grease.
4. Tested by our professional racers with positive comment on improving the rear end stability of the car at steering.
