This titanium shaft is far tougher than the stock aluminum diff all while maintaining light weight. As a plus all our new shaft designs allow for the use of a thrust bearing on the outside of the diff instead of a normal bearing to handle side load much better. This leads to a smoother, longer lasting diff.
V3 version comes with Thrust Ball Bearing (

Do not come with Pinion Gears (you will need 64P Pinion gears of your choice)
Changing Spur Gear Ratio:
Remove 3 screws on the covers and remove both covers
Loosen the Tension Nut to separate the side gears
Allow spider gear pins to recess into the carrier. Depress with a screwdriver if necessary, as shown by the arrows
Remove the spur gear
Installation is the reverse of removal

Loosen Tension Nut to separate side gears.
Allow spider gear pins to recess into carrier. Depress with screw driver if necessary as shown by arrows.
Remove spur gear.
Installation is reverse of removal
Install Cover
Insert Outer Cover (with see through screw hole) in Spur Gear Groove (wheel side) and line up the screw hole with the spur gear
Insert Inner Cover (screw hole can't see through) in Spur Gear Groove (shaft side) and line up the screw hole with the spur gear
Install 3 screws, gently tighten diagonally (Thin Plastic can strip easily, Do Not Over Tighten)
