This titanium shaft is far tougher than the stock aluminum diff all while maintaining light weight. As a plus all our new shaft designs allow for the use of a thrust bearing on the outside of the diff instead of a normal bearing to handle side load much better. This leads to a smoother, longer lasting diff.
V3 version comes with Thrust Ball Bearing ( PN-600126T 3x6x2.5mm) Light weight. Minimal rotational inertia for fast acceleration. The axle has been revised to 3mm (both sides use the same size bearing/bushing now) Fast gear ratio changes. No disassembly of the differential is necessary for a spur gear change. Adjustable side gear tension for tight or loose differential action. Smooth quiet operation. No gear noise and vibration associated with stock differential With the Enclosed case, Racers can add diff grease to fine-tune diff action, the covers also help reduce dust and particles on diff gears therefore less maintenance. Comes with the newest Brass Spyder Gear (MR2055B) for ultra-smooth action Do not come with Pinion Gears (you will need 64P Pinion gears of your choice) Changing Spur Gear Ratio: Remove 3 screws on the covers and remove both covers Loosen the Tension Nut to separate the side gears Allow spider gear pins to recess into the carrier. Depress with a screwdriver if necessary, as shown by the arrows Remove the spur gear Installation is the reverse of removal

Changing Spur Gear Ratio Loosen Tension Nut to separate side gears. Allow spider gear pins to recess into carrier. Depress with screw driver if necessary as shown by arrows. Remove spur gear. Installation is reverse of removal Install Cover Insert Outer Cover (with see through screw hole) in Spur Gear Groove (wheel side) and line up the screw hole with the spur gear Insert Inner Cover (screw hole can't see through) in Spur Gear Groove (shaft side) and line up the screw hole with the spur gear Install 3 screws, gently tighten diagonally (Thin Plastic can strip easily, Do Not Over Tighten)
